Tulsa is the second largest city in Oklahoma, located 90 miles northeast of Oklahoma City. Winters are generally mild with light snowfall, and the high temperatures of mid- to late-summer are often characterized by low relative humidity and southerly breezes. Tornadoes and windstorms are common during spring and early summer.
